HER ZONE APPAREL Payment Policy
HER Accepted Payment Methods: We gladly accept (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and Shop Pay].
HER Processing: All payments are processed securely through our chosen payment gateways listed on the HER ZONE APPAREL site. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, to your 1 selected payment method.
HER Payment Authorization: For card payments, your billing address must match the address associated with your payment method. We reserve the right to verify payment information and may request additional identification if deemed necessary to prevent fraudulent transactions.
HER Cancellation of Payments:
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, cancellations may not be possible, particularly if the order has already been prepared for shipment or if it involves customized or made-to-order items.
If a cancellation is approved, any refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
The store is not liable for any fees or losses incurred by the customer due to the customer's error in initiating a payment or requesting a cancellation after processing has begun.
HER Insufficient Funds or Declined Payments:
If a payment is declined by your financial institution due to insufficient funds, incorrect information, or any other reason, it is the customer's responsibility to resolve the issue with their bank or payment provider.
We are not obligated to fulfill the order if the payment issue is not resolved.
The store is not responsible for any overdraft fees, insufficient fund charges, or other penalties imposed by the customer's bank or payment provider due to a declined payment resulting from the customer's error (e.g., incorrect card details, insufficient balance).
HER Payment Disputes: If you believe there has been an error with your payment, please contact us directly as soon as possible to discuss the issue. We will review your claim and work to find a resolution.
However, the store will not be held liable for payment disputes or chargebacks initiated by the customer due to the customer's own error, negligence, or misunderstanding (e.g., entering incorrect payment information, forgetting about a purchase, disputing a legitimate charge). In such cases, the customer will be responsible for resolving the dispute with their financial institution.
We reserve the right to contest any chargebacks that we believe are unwarranted and may provide evidence to support the legitimacy of the transaction.
HER Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that:
Accurate and up-to-date payment information is provided at the time of purchase.
Sufficient funds are available for the transaction.

Only items that are in stock are visible on the website. HER ZONE APPAREL is operated through a POD (Print on Demand) system and all purchases are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. Due to this process we are unable to cancel orders. Please note that items may ship from different facilities.
Normal processing and shipping time is 3-7 business days. Please read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout. HER ZONE APPAREL is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, DHL or UPS.

Because your item is tailored to your specifics (All clothing) we will be not be able to offer refunds; the item(s) may be difficult to resell. However, we will adhere to the vendor's policies for returns and exchanges if your item arrives damaged or in the wrong size(s) purchased by the customer.
PLEASE NOTE IN REFERENCE TO CANDLES:
If your item arrives damaged or the incorrect scent(s) purchased by you,we will require immediate proof the item was received in said condition and/or HER ZONE APPAREL will adhere to the vendor's policies in place for returns or exchanges.

All contact information provided by you for delivery is solely your responsibility. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout. This step is imperative. Include: (apartment, unit numbers, floor if applicable) This is very important especially if you reside in a recently built development, or community). This will assist in the correct delivery of your package and will help to minimize errors.
